REQUIREMENT
Request for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the
provision of Cook Chill Logistic and Storage Supplies for
Correctional Service Canada's kitchens in five locations across
Canada. The period of the Standing Offer will be from the date
of Issuance of Standing Offer to May 31, 2017.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer
as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
