BALLISTIC EYE WEAR
The Department of National Defence (DND); Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS) has a requirement for the purchase of ballistic eyewear (BEW). All Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members are eligible to receive ballistic eye wear (BEW) protection devices through the Canadian Forces Health Services Delivery (CFHSD) and there is the option of adding prescription (Rx) inserts to the insert frames.
Deliveries will be made across Canada.
The proposed period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is two (2) years with an option to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year period.
