A Task Authorization Contract is required to provide all labour,
materials, equipment, tools and transportation necessary for the
inspection, testing and maintenance of the fire suppression and
extinguishing systems on a scheduled and "as and when" requested
basis for the Department of National Defence in Thunder Bay
Ontario.
The Contract will be for a one (1) year period from April 01,
2013 to March 31, 2014, with two additional one year option
periods.
There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
