All bids submitted after 14:00EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of an architectural firm (the “Consultant”) together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required for a program design and construction of (1) one + (2) two detachment facilities to meet identified program requirements in the province of Alberta. There is an operational need for the new RCMP Detachment facilities in Provost, Coronation, and Tofield in Alberta. Each location will require independent drawings and specifications, so each project can be tendered separately. At this time, Provost detachment has been approved for design and construction. As funding for Coronation, and Provost detachments is confirmed, but not project approval yet, a separate add-alternate price is required for these locations.
