The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
two (2) Sand Bag Filling Machines. The machines will be used
for mass filling of sandbags during a flooding emergency. Each
machine is to be delivered to Canadian Forces Base Wainwright,
Alberta.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Bilateral Trade
Agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
