Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the supply of an Elemental Carbon, Nitrogen, and Sulfur (CNS) Macro Analyzer (hereinafter referred to as "Analyzer"). The requirement must include all of the following:
- An Elemental CNS Macro Analyzer (including the analyzer, software, electronic analytical balance, consumables to analyze up to 1000 samples, tubing to connect the Analyzer to gas supply pressure reduction valves, cables and electronic interface boards to connect the balance and an external computer to the Analyzer);
- Installation;
- Training;
- Manuals; and
- Minimum 1-year warranty.
The Contractor should deliver all deliverables on or before March 31, 2021.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
