REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER
MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATIONS - YORKTON
Requirement
A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all
labour, material, and supervision to perform minor maintenance
and alterations to buildings, and building systems of the
Yorkton Armoury, The Department of National Defence, Yorkton,
Saskatchewan, Canada on an as required basis.
The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of issuance
for one year period, with two (2) additional one year option
periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the
site visit to be held at 56 1st Avenue Yorkton, SK on August 21,
2014. The site visit will begin at 11:00 AM local time at 56 1st
Avenue Yorkton.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority no later than August 19, 2014 3:00 PM to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet.
Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will
not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be
precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes
to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be
included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
