The Canadian Forces at 41 Service Battalion Calgary, requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide MSVS repair services on an ?as required? basis. The period for making call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is from date of issuance to March 31, 2018 inclusive; with two (2) additional twelve (12) month option periods, from 01 April 2018 to 31 March 2019; and from 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020.
The MSVS contains the following components:
a) International MaxxForce Engine
b) Allison Transmission
c) Navistar Workstar 7400 Chassis Cab

Evaluation and Selection:
The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
