To supply all labour, material, equipment, tools,
transportation, and supervision necessary to repair, replace amd
maintain overhead doors for the Department of National Defence
(DND), 17 Wing and various satellite sites identified herein on
an "as required" basis.

The period of the Standing offer will be for a two year period
from date of issuance, with Canada retaining an irrevocable
option to extend the Standing Offer for three (3) additional one
(1) year periods.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
