Regular Service describes a submitted work order where delivery is required within five (5) to ten (10) business days from issuance of the order, whereas Rush Service describes a submitted work order (before 12:00 PM PST) where delivery is required within two (2) to four (4) business days from issuance of the order. Print files for rush orders will be delivered to the Contractor by CSPS by 12:00PM.
