Requirement: to provide all labour, material and equipment
required including garbage containers, pick-up, emptying and
disposal of garbage on twice a week basis, Tuesdays and Fridays,
as well as recycling on a once a week basis, at Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada, Pacific Agri-Food Research Centre, Summerland,
BC.
1. Type of Garbage shall consist of broken glass, paper, metal,
wood plants, pruning and organic waste etc. Types of recylcing
includes plastics, tins, and paper.
2. If refuse is spilled outside any container caused by driver
pick up, the service provider shall be responsible to clean up
any such refuse.
3. Supplier shall remove containers within 24 hours upon
termination of the Contract.
4. Invoicing shall be on monthly basis per container.
5. All work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the
Building Manager.
6. The Contractor must provide a calendar indicating pickup days
to the Project Authority.
7. The period of the Contract is from August 1, 2013 to July 31,
2015 inclusive, with up to three additional one year periods
under the same conditions.
8. An optional site visit will be held the week of July 15 to
18/2013.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
