Objective
The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Force Base (CFB) Kingston, Ration and Quarters Support Services (R&QSS) located in Kingston, Ontario requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of new mattresses of various sizes.
Background
CFB Kingston, R&QSS is responsible for the up-keep of various accommodation buildings located within CFB Kingston. Part of the up-keep is to maintain a Lifecycle Management Program for the various equipment, furnishings, linens and window coverings located in each accommodation building. The current CFB Kingston, R&QSS Lifecycle Management Program requires that mattresses be rotated out of use when stained, damaged, infested, and on a five (5) year cycle.
Requirements
CFB Kingston, R&QSS has a requirement for a three (3) year RISO for the supply of new mattresses of various sizes on an ?as and when requested? basis which meet the following specifications:
The proposed period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) firm years.
Only one Standing offer will be awarded for this requirement.
