Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Divisional Stores locations have a requirement for a firm quantity of three hundred fifteen (315) Mattresses, Prisoner, High Risk.
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-279 dated 2015-01-23, and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.
The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.
This requirement is subject to AIT and NAFTA.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
