To provide Passport Canada, Training Services Print on Demand /
Photo Copying Services on an "as and when required" basis for
course material which includes manuals, handouts, evaluation
forms, covers, and tab dividers.
Based on historical data, the 2011-2012 yearly volume is
approximately 480,000 impressions which produces manuals of as
little as 20 pages for one manual to 1,140 pages for another
training course. The average is 173 pages per manual. This
number does not represent a firm commitment that the same
quantities will be produced under this contract.
Each time that a course is scheduled, the Project Authority (as
indicated in the Work Request) will request between two (2) and
forty (40) copies of the course material depending on the number
of students.

The binders will be provided by the Project Authority.
There will be two (2) levels of services, Regular Service and
Rush Service.
The contract will be in effect for a period of one year (1) from
the date of award of contract with the irrevocable option to
extend the contract by two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
