The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of twenty four (24) educational laboratory
virtual instrumentation suites II (ELVIS II), twenty four (24)
Multisim multi-user licenses and twenty four (24) power cords.
A minimum of four (4) of the twenty four (24) units for each
item must be received within 4 weeks of contract award, the
remaining units must be received on or before March 29, 2013.
The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed
in the Request for Proposal document.
Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Proposal for the complete list.
M1. The bidder must provide documentation demonstrating that
their proposed ELVIS II is the National Instruments ELVIS II
version for academic use.
M2. The bidder must provide documentation demonstrating that
their proposed Multisim software meets the following:
Must be capable of beign used by multiple users and installed
on a network
Must be able to be used in conjunction with ELVIS II
Must be the Multisim Education Single Seat, new single seat
license with 1 year circuit design education standard service
program

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
