Requirement
This Canadian Coast Guard requirement is for the supply
of a firm total quantity of 850,000 liters (approximately 755
metric tons) of Naval Distillate Fuel, CGSB 3.11-2010, Type 15,
(Except Pour Point Max -10 deg C, Cloud Point max -6 deg C,
Kinematic Viscosity at -40 deg C Min 2.5 mm2/s, Max 4.2 mm2/s
(Cst)).
Fuel to be delivered via barge (ship-to-ship) at
Breivika, or via pipeline or tank wagon at berth in Skjelnan,
into Canadian Coast Guard vessels Louis S. St-Laurent and Terry
Fox at Tromso Harbour, Norway.
Anticipated delivery dates are August 4th and 5th, 2015. Dates
to be confirmed by the Canadian Coast Guard.
NOTE: Vessel maximum draft requirement at any berth is 9.9
metres.

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Peru
Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement,
the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Chile Free
Trade Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
