TITLE: Regional Individual Standing Offers for the rental of «telescopic boom» forklifts.
DESCRIPTION:The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of a contractor, an as-ordered basis, for the rental of «telescopic boom» forklifts (referred to herein as 'vehicles'), without oper
ator, including tools and materials, transportation, delivery, pickup and unloading, according with specifications described at Annex A - Requirement.
The services are for the Commercial Vehicles Platoon of the Department of National Defence, CFB Valcartier, Quebec.
DELIVERY: The contractor will be responsible for delivering and picking up
the vehicle(s). Pickups and deliveries must be made within 24 business hours after receiving the orderandwithin four (4) business hours for urgent orders.
ESTIMATED VALUE: A standing offer will be issued for an estimate value of $200 000.00, excluding taxes, for a two-year period.
STANDING OFFER PERIOD:The standing offer will be in effect from January1,
2016, to December 31, 2017, with the possibility of two (2) optional periods of one (1) year each.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American FreeTrade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
