This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number A2770-136012/A dated December 16, 2013 with
a closing of January 10, 2014 at 2:00 pm MST. A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who
bid on the previous solicitation.
Indian Oil and Gas Canada (IOGC) located in Calgary, Alberta has
a requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of
Freestanding Executive Boardroom Furniture that includes four
executive conference tables, two credenzas, and two bookcases.
The Freestanding Executive Furniture must be in accordance with
the specifications at Annex A and Annex A-1 in the Request for
Proposal. The Contractor must supply, delivery and install the
Work detailed in all parts of Annex A and Annex A-1 as well as
remove and relocate the existing four (4) boardroom tables and
(2) credenzas to a different area in the same building.
Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2014.
This procurement is set aside under the federal government's
Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.
This procurement is set aside from the international trade
agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small
and minority businesses.
Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement.
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the
results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
