The Department of National Defence (DND), 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba has a requirement for the supply, delivery, offloading and installation of the household furniture and appliances identified herein on an ?as requested? basis over the period of the standing offer. Period of the Standing Offer is 1 year from date of authorization, with 2 additional 1 year periods under the same terms and conditions.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
