Inverted Metallographic Microscope
The Department of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering at the Royal Military College of Canada requires an inverted stage high-resolution digital metallographic microscope designed with proven durability and dependability. We require and all-in-one system so that no parts needs to be interchanged for different applications. Vendor must have a long-term track record to ensure lifetime maintenance, repairs and part availability.
Delivery Date
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 1, 2019.
Mandatory Technical Criteria
The bidders must comply with all mandatory technical criteria identified in Annex C Mandatory Technical Criteria.
Financial Evaluation
Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment. Applicable Taxes are extra and must be shown separately.
The price used in the evaluation will be the total price of all 3 items.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
