Further Details: The programmed scope consists of the provision of a Jet Fuel Storage Installation (JFSI). This JFSI will comprise of receiving facilities tank farm consisting of fuel storage tanks, pumps, manifolds, filter water separators, drain tank. Standby generator operations/control area, access road, security fencing and access gate and rain and waste water treatment system.
Security Classification: NATO CONFIDENTIAL. Works will take place on a military restricted area. Contractor will be obliged to certify all staff members, according to national decree on security of the military area prior to enter.
Potential Bidders: Must be from a participating NATO country. The use of local sub-contractors for raw materials and labour will be permitted for this project.
Delivery Date: The planned tender release date is September 2013. The scheduled Bid Closing date is 31 October 2013. Anticipated Contract Award date is 10 November 2013. Project Implementation Plan from February 2014 to November 2015.
