Description of Work:
The Business Analyst Level 2 will be responsible for the following key activities:
Liaise with business stakeholders and Service Desk to capture requirements and document (modify/create) processes and procedures following industry standard practices to improve service delivery; and
Develop reporting framework for senior management, internal monitoring and service delivery improvement.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
