Offerors must provide products that are of the same description, brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the item description of the solicitation of offers. Canada will not consider substitute products. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 100 Anemki Place - Suite 101 Fort William First Nation, ON P7J 1A5 on Wednesday March 11, 2026, beginning at 10:00am, in the lobby. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Friday March 6, 2026 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives.
