Transport Canada (TC) – Environmental Affairs and Aboriginal Consultation Unit, has a
requirement to complete groundwater monitoring well decommissioning at the Goose River
Transmitter Site, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work is to be
