REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

MULTI-FUNCTION DEVICES - NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND VARIOUS
LOCATIONS ACROSS CANADA

Requirement:

The Department of Justice (Justice Canada) has a requirement for
the supply, delivery and installation of thirty (30) monochrome
and thirty (30) colour multi-function devices, including the
initial set of consumables and the provision of end-user
training and four-year warranty services to various offices
within the National Capital Region by March 31, 2013.

This requirement includes an option to purchase up to an
additional thirty (30) monochrome and thirty (30) colour
multi-function devices, including initial set of consumables and
four-year warranty services, for delivery and installation to
Justice Canada locations across Canada as well as the provision
of optional end-user training services within the National
Capital Region during the period of the contract.

Proposed multi-function devices may be subject to compatibility
testing prior to Contract Award.

Installation of new devices within the National Capital Region
must include, subject to Justice Canada implementation
instructions and timeframes, the removal and transport of
existing devices to the East Memorial Building Loding Dock (284
Wellington St, Ottawa, Ontario).

There are no security requirements associated with this
requirement.

This requirement is subject to provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreeemnt (NAFA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement,
the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

Period of the Contract:

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to
March 31, 2017.
