DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires a single Contractor to supply, deliver, and install the following freestanding furniture and storage to 750 Heron Road, Ottawa, ON K1A 0L5:
Item 1:
Description: Rectangular dual surface computer table

Item 2:
Description: Rectangular work table
Details/Dimensions: Depth 762mm (30 in.) x Width 1829mm (72 in.)

Item 3:
Description: Mobile pedestal with seat cushion
Details: One box drawer and one file drawer, lockable
Quantity: 137
All items must meet the requirements outlined in Annex A, Statement of Work.
All items must be delivered between July 26, 2016 and August 2, 2016.
All items must be installed between July 27, 2016 and August 3, 2016.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
The selection will be based on the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price. The ratio will be 20% for the technical merit and 80% for the price.
