This amendment is raised to extend the solicitation closing date
and provide answers to Offeror enquiries. ALL OTHER TERMS AND
CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for
accommodations furniture to be utilized in its Base
Accommodations units at CFB Esquimalt. There are two streams of
furniture required, in accordance with the specifications in the
attached Statement of Work:
Stream 1: Institutional Style for its Junior Ranks
accommodations in Nelles and Bernays Blocks
Stream 2: Hotel Style for its Senior Ranks accommodations in the
Wardroom and Chief and Petty Officers Mess.
Furniture is planned to be replaced over the next five (5)
years, with initial estimated requirements outlined in Statement
of Work.
The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of three (3)
years, with up to two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, a
Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form, must be
submitted with the offer, by Request for Standing Offers closing
date, for each individual who is currently on the Offeror's
Board of Directors.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
