Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) for Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) - G9292-175477/C
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number G9292-175477/B dated 2016-09-23 with a closing of 2016-11-15 at 14:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
This procurement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2.
REQUIREMENT
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Employment & Social Development Canada (ESDC) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. ESDC has a requirement for the provision of professional services on an as and when requested basis to assist with the implementation of a SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) Public Sector collection and Disbursement (PSCD) solution.
The resources required are as follows:
A.2 - ERP Functional Analyst (Generalist) - SAP Functional Analyst; LEVEL 3; estimated number of resources required = 4
A2 - ERP Functional Analyst - SAP Functional Analyst Tax and Revenue Management - Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (TRM PSCD); LEVEL 3; estimated number of resources required = 2
A2 - ERP Functional Analyst - SAP Functional Analyst Tax and Revenue Management - Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (TRM PSCD); LEVEL 2; estimated number of resources required = 2
P9 - Project Manager - SAP Project Manager; LEVEL 3; estimated number of resources required = 1
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract, for three (3) years plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract
