Work of this requirement involves implementing a Supervisory
Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Upgrade at the Water and
Wastewater Treatment Plants at the Joyceville Institution.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on February 3, 2015 at 1pm.
Interested bidders are to meet at the front entrance of the
Joyceville Institution located at 3766 Highway 15, Kingston ON.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.
Bidders must communicate and provide name(s) to the Contracting
Officer, Ambreen Dhillon at (416) 590-8253 by no later than
January 30, 2015 at 4pm to ensure that gate passes are issued.
ID must be brought to the site meeting otherwise there will be
no access.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN CONTRACTORS - Correctional
Services Canada will be administering their standard security
clearance.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work 12 weeks from
the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Bid Receiving: Sealed tenders will be received at Public Works
