TITLE
Hovercraft ramp modification, Beauharnois.
SUMMARY OF WORK
Actual work description is not thorough and do not relieve contractor of his responsibility to perform any work, change or modification required to complete to Departmental representative satisfaction all items included in contract.
1. Demolition of existing concrete ramp and removal and recovering of concrete flexible mat, that is located in part underwater;
2. Construction of new ramp made of concrete and concrete flexible mat;
3. Construction of new bypass road and handling area;
4. Removal and relocation of electrical outlet, including all related works;
5. Earthwork related to erosion protection of slopes and to grading of land;
6. Landscaping and site restoration;
SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on July 7th, 2017 at 10:30 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 1, rue Principale (Gatehouse to lock #3, near 29th Avenue), Melocheville (Beauharnois), Québec, J0S 1J0.
Please note that Bib, Helmet and safety boot are required.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within eight (8) weeks following contract award.
