This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number EP779-132561/A dated December 3, 2012 with a
closing of January 8, 2013 at 2:00PM.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.011957.036, Ventilation Systems
Modifications, 73 Sparks St., Ottawa, Ontario.
Project description: The project consists to install a new
make-up air unit for the kitchen hood & a new A/C unit in the
restaurant 73 North located in the Saxe building.
Work is to be completed within eleven (11) weeks after contract
award.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on January 29, 2013 at 10:00 A.M..
