Requirement:
The Department of Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Melfort Research Farm, Melfort, SK has a requirement for thesupply, delivery, offloading and assembly of one (1) Self-Propelled Forage Plot Harvester to AAFC, Melfort, SK, on or before July 2, 2017.
The requested Forage Plot Harvester will be a self-propelled unit designed for the harvesting of forage and haycrops for the purposes of biomass yield measurement.

Evaluation and Selection:
The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award.
