Nature of Requirements:
Fume Hood Monitor/Controller
Environment Canada located in Burlington, Ontario has a
requirement for fume hood monitor/controller to control the air
entering and exiting its labs. The controller must come with:
- velocity sensor;
- fume hood sash position sensor;
- anemometer, to reads speed of air;
- digital display showing the air velocity entering the fume
hood; and
In addition, the controller must be compatible with the building
automation system via BACnet MS/TP protocol.
