INTERNATIONAL BOUNDARY COMMISSION (IBC) DECORATIVE MONUMENTS
Item 1, Quantity fourteen (14) IBC decorative monuments shall
be Stastead Grey Granite quarried in the Beebe Quebec area. The
monument dimensions: overall height 198cm, 40.6 cm square base,
20.3 cm share top, 7 cm high pyramid on top of the monument.
The lettering shall be of block type 5 cm in height and
sandblasted to a depth of 6 mm.
IBC reserves the option to procure up to eight (8) additional
monuments twelve (12) months from the date of the contract.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade
Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement and the
Agreement on Internal Trade.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
