To provide Deutz Diesel Engines for the Department of National
Defence, CFB Trenton, WCE/86 Airfield Systems and Utilities,
Trenton, Ontario

No Substitution: No other engines will be considered as these
engines are required as backups when an existing Deutz Engine
breaks down and considered unserviceable until repairs or
replacement is completed.
