The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two (2) snowmobiles, two passengers, heavy duty with a 4 strokes
gasoline engine and ancillary items, in accordance with Purchase
Description for Sled Self Propelled Heavy Duty 2 PAX 4 Stroke
Gasoline Engine ECC 140315 NSN 2350-21-886-1669, dated September
10, 2014, to be delivered to CFB Greenwood, Nova Scotia, by
January 30, 2015.
The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to six
(6) additional vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised
within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the
contract
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
