Nature of Requirements:
DFO Supply Pressure Treated Timber

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canadian Coast Guard is
planning on building a quantity of timber helicopter pads at
sites around Labrador. Final inspection and acceptance of the
timber will be made after the delivery to the CCG Base in St.
John's, NL.

Pricing will be requested for each of the three year periods
separately. The pricing data sheet will be broken down into
2014, 2015, and 2016. This will allow potential bidders to give
different pricing for the 3 periods, if applicable.

Certain delivery locations for this procurement are subjec to
the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
