This project is to refit the current photo lab housed on the
second floor R&D (Research and Development)and adjacent office
spaces in the Canda Centre for Inland Waters (CCIW) building in
Burlington. Construct office space/workstations for 20 Full
Time Employees of DFO (Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Work
of this Contract comprises renovation of Burlington CCIW
Fisheries Protection Program facility, located at 867 Lakeshore
Road, Burlington, Ontario.

There will be a site visit on 08 August 2013 at 1:30 pm.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within [6]
weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and
