The Department of National Defence (DND), Detachment (Det) Dundurn has
a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
provision of all tools, labour, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide mulching and shredding services on an as and when required basis as per the specifications indicated herein.

The Standing Offer will be in place for a three (3) year period from th
e date of issuance, with two (2) one (1) year option periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
