A building design will be provided to those who request it. The MD of Wainwright will select the successful contractor. The M.D. of Wainwright reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all prices, or accept the price deemed most favorable in the interest of the M.D. The lowest or any price may not necessarily be accepted.
