The Rural Municipality of Shellbrook No. 493 is accepting tenders from qualified contractors for roof repair and membrane work at the shared municipal office. The building is experiencing leakage and drainage issues requiring corrective action.
Scope of Work
The work includes, but is not limited to:
- Removal and replacement of existing scuppers
- Repair of parapet wall membrane (approx. 75’)
- Installation of new torch on roof cap membrane (approx. 736 sq ft)
- Miscellaneous repairs as required to address active leaks
- Site cleanup and disposal of all removed materials
Contractors are responsible for supplying all labour, materials, equipment, and safety measures necessary to complete the work.

Bidders must provide:
- Pricing for all work
- Proof of insurance
- WCB clearance
- Proposed schedule and anticipated start date
- Confirmation of experience with torch on membrane systems
