Full description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of twenty one thousand, six hundred (21,600) rounds of Ammunition, Shotgun, 12ga Less Lethal.

All quantities are to be delivered to RCMP Divisional Stores locations across Canada.

This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specifications PD-AM-33 dated 2003-12-18. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.

The RCMP is invoking the National Security Exception. This procurement is subject to national security exception and is, therefore, excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest price proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements.
