Title: Navigat 3000 Gyrocompass System

Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement to
purchase a NAVIGAT 3000, fiber-optic gyrocompass and attitude
reference system. CDU to be included in housing with mounting
bracket. Manufactured by Sperry Marine/Northrop Grumman.

This is a no substitute. This equipment will be purchased as
spares to support existing equipment onboard the Canadian Coast
Guard vessel.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
