The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for the
supply of netting, rope and wire components for the Capelen 1800
survey trawl in St. John's, Newfoundland on an 'as and when'
requested basis. The NAFC Survey Trawl Operations Manual,
Version 1.0 contains all specifications relating to the
necessary parts, and forms part of the RFSO document.
Period of Standing Offer: One year from date of issuance, on an
'as and when' requested basis.
Overall Estimated Value: $80,000.00
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, a Consent
to a Criminal Record Verification form, must be submitted with
the offer, by Request for Standing Offers closing date, for each
individual who is currently on the Offeror's Board of Directors.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS:
Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, Standard
Instructions 2006 (2012-07-11) Request for Standing Offers -
Goods or Services, Bidders must submit the following as part of
their bid:
1. A complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder;
2. A properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender. Addenda, when issued, will
