The Canadian Coast Guard in St. John's, Newfoundland has a
requirement for the services of a contractor to carry out all
necessary work involved in the annual refit of the CCG Vessel
Terry Fox. A complete description of this requirement is
attached as a detailed specification at Annex "A", Statement of
Work. All work, repairs, inspections and renewals specified in
Annex "A" are to be carried out to the satisfaction of the
Owner's Representative and, where applicable, the attending TC
Marine Safety Inspector.

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
on Internal Trade.

A viewing of the vessel will take place on June 26, 2015
starting at 9:00 A.M. in St. John's, NL. While this viewing is
not mandatory, bidders are required to confirm with the
contracting authority on or before June 24, 2015 if they intend
to attend the viewing.

The bidders conference will take place in St. John's, NL on June
26, 2015 starting at 1:30 P.M.
The conference will take place at the John Cabot Building
located at 10 Barter's Hill in St. John's, Newfoundland.

Commencement Date of Refit: October 26, 2015
Completion Date: December 9, 2015

The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be
limited to shipyards in Eastern Canada in accordance with the
Shipbuilding Procurement Policy.

This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).
This procurement is NAFTA exempt ( Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b,
paragraph 1 (a)) and WTO-AGP exempt (Annex 4)
