For the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to provide cleaning
services for windows and building cladding for various locations
for Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as detailed in the
Statement of Work (attached hereto as Annex A). The Contract
will be in place for two (2) from date of Contract Award with
Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract
for two (2) additional consecutive one (1) year periods. The
services must be provided in accordance with the terms and
conditions specified herein.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on August 8, 2013 at 9:00am at the Canadian
Science Centre for Human and Animal Health at 1015 Arlington
Street - visitor parking is at the front entrance. Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than three
(3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and
provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will
be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm
in their bids that they have attended the site visit. Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as
non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.

procurement.
