Cleaning of Ductwork, Motors, Fans, Grilles & Related Equipment

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment
required to conduct cleaning of ductwork, motors, fans, grilles
and related equipment in Various Buildings at CFB Gagetown, NB,
on an as required basis when requested on form CF-942. All work
is to be completed in accordance with the Specification Number
L-G2-9900/1601 forming part of the bid document. The period of
the Standing Offer Agreement will be from April 1, 2013 to March
31, 2015.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.

The estimated cost (based on the two (2) year period) for this
opportunity is within the following cost category: $100,000 to
$250,000.0 (HST extra). Bid and contract security are not
required.

After issuance of a Standing Offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request of the Standing Offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that
their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
