Transport Canada has the requirement for the on-going chartering
of a vessel with operator for the removal of logs and debris
from the aircraft operating areas of Victoria Public Harbour.
Daily inspections are required from October 1st to May 31st,
with the Contractor providing inspection and removal duties for
the remainder of the year on a call-out basis.
The expected start date for this requirement is January 1, 2015.
