The work described in this contract involves the provision of
all the labour, tools and materials required to clean the
ventilation systems, air ducts, coils, blowers, kitchen exhaust
hoods and air conditioning units at Ste-Anne's Hospital,
Veterans Affairs, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec.
The period of the Contract is from date of awarded for a period
of one (1) year with a possibility to extend the term of the
Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period.
It is strongly recommanded that the bidder attend the site visit
at the designated date and time to examine the scope of the work
required and the existing conditions.
The site visit will be held on January 10, 2013 at 10:00 am.
