Request for Proposal for the provision of all labour, equipment,
tools, materials, transportation and supervision required for
the regulat cleaning of Kitchen Equipment and Exhaust Systems in
use at CFB Petawawa, Ontario.
There will be a MANDATORY Site visit held on March 26, 2013 at
1300 hours at the PWGSC Office in Building S-111, CFB Petawawa.
Bidders must communicate with the PWGSC Contracting Authority no
later than 3 business days before the schedules visit to confirm
attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders who do not provide this information as directed
may be denied access to some buildings that require security
clearances and/or escorts.
There is a Security requirement associated with this
procurement. The bidder must hold a valid organization security
clearance as detailed in the RFP document. Bidders are reminded
to obtain the required security clearance promptly.
